What is the difference between Näak Recovery™ Complete Mix and Näak Recovery™ Protein Powders?

The complete recovery mix provides you with a complete nutrition, helping you to come back stronger. Carbs restore your energy levels, proteins and BCAAs repair your muscles and reduce soreness, and electrolytes ensure proper rehydration.
On the other hand, protein powders focus more on muscle recovery. They are rich in proteins and BCAAs to rebuild muscles and ease soreness, while also helping with hydration, but without the energy intake of the complete recovery mix.
