Arena Elite Finger Paddles

Arena Elite Finger Paddles help you focus on the catch phase of your stroke while developing forearm strength. Their compact, flat design covers the fingers and leaves the palms exposed, preserving your feel for the water during technique training.

Suitable for freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly, these paddles provide additional resistance to help you work on how your fingers engage with the water. Multiple strap positions allow you to customise the fit, while smooth edges help reduce the risk of scratching other swimmers.

The smaller finger-only design places less demand on the shoulders than full-size hand paddles. Made from polyethylene with thermoplastic rubber straps, they are PVC free.
