Maurten Gel 100

This is the GEL. It’s a bold statement. But nonetheless true. From a technical perspective, traditional gels are water and carbohydrates simply mixed into syrups, often containing added flavours and preservatives. The GEL 100 is completely different. It’s a biopolymer matrix, filled with a unique blend of fructose and glucose (ratio of 0.8:1) which enables uptakes of up to 100 grams of carbohydrates per hour.

The GEL 100 is built by harnessing natural hydrogel technology and built with six natural ingredients. It doesn’t contain any colorants or preservatives and comes in 40g servings that contains 60% carbohydrates – a high weight to energy ratio.

Our Maurten supplier is having problems with short dated products. This is an ongoing issue across the country. We receive new stock in every 2-3 weeks. While this problem continues we shall have the BB dates on all Maurten Products we have instock so you can make the best decision for you. 

Best Before dates are not the same as Expiry Dates. Best Before means the product is just that, best before this date though can still be consumed safely for some time after this date.
