A different hydrogel fueling format with a texture thicker than Drink Mix and looser than the Gel — Gel Mix 480 can be adjusted to personal taste by combining with Additions.

How to prepare with Gel Mix Flask 350 ml

Fill flask to the line with 200 ml of water.
If wanting to personalise taste, add preferred Addition first and shake.
Pour in Gel Mix 480 from sachet.
Shake flask vigorously again until dissolved.
Let the mix rest for 5 minutes before consuming.
