Comfortable, easy to put on & can be used for recovery & training. I spend time each week wearing my Sox7 compression socks to aid recovery. I find the tension components ease the stress on my ankles throughout the rest of my day. I find this continues to support my ability to complete 5 hr plus run weeks consecutively. Plus they’re just like a normal compression sock! What more could you want!!
